Junior Data Scientist (Commercial Graduate Scheme)
Job Description & Overview
Join the commercial team of an energy trading firm focused on European gas, power and emissions markets. Clean and structure large market datasets, build and validate forecasting models (such as wind generation and demand), and back-test data-driven trading ideas. Build pipelines, dashboards and LLM-based automations that speed up analysis, and work alongside traders, risk managers and engineers.

Requirements & Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Strong Python (R a plus), Pandas, NumPy, SQL
- Data visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Hands-on experience wiring LLMs into data pipelines via APIs or LangChain
- Fluent English
