Join Scale AI's Global Public Sector team in Doha building AI applications for government customers. Ship customer-facing products from day one: evaluation infrastructure for model reliability, agentic AI applications, RAG tools and data pipelines that support national language models. Work directly with the customers who use what you build. Scale supports successful candidates with Qatar visa and permits.
Requirements & Key Qualifications
- Graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's in CS, Computer Engineering, Statistics or similar
- Prior software engineering internship
- Python, TypeScript, React and/or MongoDB
- Experience with LLMs, evals or agentic systems is a plus
